With a couple of grandkids

This is what happens once your kids don't live at home anymore.

I am blessed to have a life with a wonderful man to whom I have been married for almost 38 years. We have three kids and three grandkids - oh, and also a dog - can't forget the dog.  Along with writing, I work in a law office and, most importantly, I am a follower of Christ.  

These days people take Christianity to mean things that it doesn't necessarily mean.  To me it means discipleship, love, acceptance and courage among other things. What it doesn't mean is waffling from solid core values and it doesn't mean hatred, fear or greed. Jesus defines fairness, kindness, goodness, and compassion.  Nevertheless, what Christianity means to me doesn't really matter, does it? All that matters is what Christianity means to Jesus.  You can't figure that out simply from listening to and watching other people, no matter WHO they are.  If you're trying to find Jesus only in people, you'll never see Him.

My writing reflects my love of escapism. I infuse it with the type of characters you might find in old spy shows and movies. I love the vibe of Danger Man (we knew it as Secret Agent here, in the USA). I also loved The Prisoner and most things Patrick McGoohan. To pick up any one of my novels or novellas, you’ll find yourself pulled into a world where people fall in love and hearts harmonize. Sure, it’s all silly and sometimes cliche, but it’s great reading if you’re on a beach vacation or just want to find something relaxing to cheer you up… maybe even get you ready for a romantic dinner with your loved one. Please be aware many of my books have mature scenes in them—not pornographic, but definitely adult. Generally, the characters indulging in that are truly in love, are married, or will soon get married. That’s my favorite way for characters to travel. So, kick back, put your feet up, and please please, have a good read.
